Overview
Huthnance Park comprises three spacious self-contained flats in the main home, staff accommodation, and a detached two-bedroom bungalow adjacent that has been adapted to meet the needs of the person now living there. Each person has their own lounge, kitchen, dining area and private garden. There are communal gardens in the two acres of grounds, a barbecue area and greenhouse. A bridle path running alongside the home leads to local countryside walks and woodlands. The home is a 15-minute drive to the beaches on both sides of the Cornish coast.
