Welcome to ULTICare Limited – delivering compassionate and reliable home care across Hereford and the surrounding areas. Based in the Lugg Room, Faraday Road, our friendly and dedicated team is here to support you or your loved one with a wide range of personalised care services, all within the comfort of your own home.
At ULTICare, we understand that everyone's needs and circumstances are unique. That's why we offer flexible hourly visits from only £26.50, right through to 24-hour and live-in care options. Our team is highly trained and accredited to ISO 90001 standards, ensuring the highest quality of care and peace of mind for our clients and their families.
Our comprehensive services include specialist support for complex conditions such as dementia, physically frail adults, Parkinson’s disease, learning disabilities/autism, stroke recovery, head/brain injuries and mental health challenges. We also provide personal care, PEG feeding, catheter, stoma and diabetic care, as well as convalescence and rehabilitation, palliative and end of life care.
ULTICare values diversity, dignity and choice. Our care packages can include companionship, meal preparation, medication assistance, shopping, domestic help, escorted outings, and much more. We recognise the importance of cultural and spiritual values, and offer both male and female carers, as well as LGBTQ+ support. Double-up care and sit-in services are available, and our staff are comfortable around pets.
We support those who are self-funding, as well as individuals receiving Local Authority contributions.
