About Us

Care Sante Kent is an independent local organisation established to provide high quality Health and Social Care. Our aims and objectives are not to be the biggest but to be the best. We provide personal care and support for young adults, older people and those with dementia, sensory impairment, physical disability, mental health and learning disabilities, living in their own homes.
We provide daily carers for long term, short term or respite care, as well as supporting adults to live independently in the community, by providing support for everyday activities such as shopping, swimming, visiting friends etc. We are an Approved Contracted Provider to Kent Local Authority and CCG.
We pride ourselves on providing a high quality personal service and we have built up an excellent reputation for providing high quality care at a competitive price, where the relationship between the care worker and the client is key.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal care and support for young adults, older people and those with dementia, sensory impairments, physical disabilities, mental health and learning disabilities, living in their own home in the community, Supported living and in an Extra Care environment.
We will:
· Offer high quality care to enable people supported by us to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being, and to live as independently as possible.

· Recognise the individual need for personal fulfilment and offer individualised programmes of meaningful activity to satisfy that need of Service Users and staff.

About The Team

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery. Please get in touch for further information about the team.
