About Us

Brook House has been providing care in Wooburn Green for over 30 years. Our long standing staff have created a supportive environment, catering to residents’ independent needs and enabling them to flourish as individuals.

A stunning converted coach house, Brook House offers the perfect combination of specialist care and community and can accommodate up to 35 residents in 31 well-appointed bedrooms.

Our home offers both long-term and respite stays across a range of needs such as dementia and brain injury.

The residents provide input in to the daily activities and catering plans. The activities team provide trips out (eg Church), visiting speakers and musicians and other activities. The residents also enjoy freshly prepared cuisine from across the world.

We work with families, the Buckinghamshire local authority, the Clinical Commissioning Group and our GP to ensure a tailormade person centred care plan is developed for each of our residents. This enables all our residents to live happy and fulfilling lives.
