About Us
Alde House is a small residential care community, set within 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens, and offers accommodation to 17 residents. The home creates a feeling of true community, where each person feels known as a unique individual.
Alde House was started in the 1920s, by a group of local Christians who were concerned there was no provision for the elderly in the village. Our home is proud to continue serving the community today as part of Keychange, a Christian charity.
Nicola Rayment is the Registered Manager: “I’ve had over 20 years’ experience working in the care sector, in roles from night carer, senior carer and head of care. My proudest achievement is providing a loving, caring environment for those who live and work with us at Alde House. There is a true sense of being part of a family here."
