About Us

**Welcome to Kingfisher Care (Midlands) Ltd – Compassionate Home Care in Hinckley**

Kingfisher Care was set up by Christine and Stephen Bowler after their experience of Christine's mother receiving care at home. They felt that they wanted to set up a company that offered care more centred around the individual and one that valued the team members as well. Kingfisher Care was started in 2014 and offers care in people's own homes.

Kingfisher Care (Midlands) Ltd is a trusted provider of tailored domiciliary care services for adults in Hinckley and the surrounding areas. With a proud “Good” rating from the Care Quality Commission ("Outstanding" for Well Led), we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred support designed to enable you, or your loved one, to maintain independence and wellbeing at home.

Our award-winning team – including East Midlands finalists for the Home Care Team Award and Inspired to Care Palliative Care Professional of the Year – offer specialist care for a wide range of needs, such as dementia, cancer, physical disabilities, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, sensory impairments, and more. We provide care for adults (18+) and older people, offering services from hourly visits through to palliative and end-of-life care.

At Kingfisher Care, we recognise that everyone’s needs are unique. Our compassionate carers offer companionship, personal care, medication support, shopping, food preparation, escorted community trips, domestic help, rehabilitation, convalescence, sit-in services, transportation, and double-up care where required. Many of our carers are pet friendly and comfortable working in homes with animals.

We accept funding from self-funding clients, Local Authority with top-up, and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), with hourly rates starting from £28.

Contact Kingfisher Care (Midlands) Ltd today to discover how our professional and caring team can support you, or your loved one, to live well at home.
