About Us
Farmhouse is a welcoming residential care home located in the Hornchurch area, providing support for up to seven adults with learning disabilities and autism. Our service is designed to offer a safe, homely, and supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to live as independently as possible while receiving high-quality, person-centred care.
We are a vibrant and active home with a dedicated, experienced staff team, supported by strong and improving leadership. Over the past 18 months, the service has undergone significant positive development under new management, resulting in noticeable improvements in the quality of care and overall service delivery. Feedback from our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission was encouraging. While our current rating is “Requires Improvement,” we are committed to continuous development and working proactively towards achieving a higher rating.
The Farmhouse is located in a pleasant therapeutic environment, offering a calm, comfortable setting for the people we support. Our staff are highly trained, compassionate, and committed to delivering care that promotes dignity, choice, and well-being.
In addition, we benefit from close access to a specialist Day Centre, which provides a wide range of engaging and meaningful activities. These include:
