Durlands Road is a transition home in Horndean, Hampshire for adults with autism, mental health conditions and complex needs.
Our spacious and inviting home has several key features designed for comfort and personalisation. The large, open-plan lounge and dining area has direct access to the back garden. A separate activity and games rooms offers an additional environment where the people we support can comfortably meet with family and friends.
The home includes a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar area, perfect for casual dining. All bedrooms are designed with en-suite shower facilities, while a separate bathroom is also available for those who prefer to take a bath. The layout consists of one ground-floor bedroom and three bedrooms upstairs, along with an additional bedroom designated for a sleep-in.
Durlands Road is set in a residential area in Horndean and is a short walking distance from a local parade of shops and a bus stop. The local football club is a short distance away, and the home is nearby several local colleges. Being located near the A3 motorway offers easy access to larger cities such as London and Southampton.
