About Us
Beechwood is a grand Victorian villa set in the heart of Edgerton close to local parks and on the edge of the Peak District National Park. With 25 rooms, a well-maintained private garden and with the building retaining many of its original features, the people we support enjoy the warm and stimulating environment we have created. With individual care at the heart of everything we do, we ensure that everyone has an input into their care plan and also the types of activities they enjoy so that everyone we support can live their fullest life possible. At Beechwood we support adults with physical and neurological conditions.
Our team is highly skilled in taking care of the physical needs of the residents and their mental health and wellbeing. We build a daily activities plan in partnership with the resident and their families. A range of group and 1:1 sessions enables everyone to enjoy social activities and helps with daily living skills and access to the community. We aim to enable our residents to have a voice, be empowered to make decisions and have the autonomy to plan their care.
