At Neat Marsh House, located in the scenic Preston area of Hull, we are proud to offer a warm, friendly environment for adults seeking high-quality, specialist care. As a voluntary not-for-profit care home, our passion is in providing personalised support rather than focusing on profit. We are delighted to have achieved a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reflecting our commitment to safe, effective and compassionate care.
Our professional team is skilled in supporting individuals with a range of needs, including autism, challenging or specialist behaviour, diabetes, incontinence, and end of life care. We are accredited for autism care, ensuring those with additional needs feel right at home.
Our purpose-built facility is thoughtfully designed with your comfort and independence in mind. Residents enjoy relaxing lounges, a vibrant dining room with resident choice dining, beautiful gardens, and a full activities programme including bingo and outings. Complimentary WiFi, wheelchair access, free on-site parking and an escort service to appointments are available for ease and convenience.
Each en suite room is furnished to a high standard, featuring private terraced gardens, TV points, kitchenettes, and wet rooms. Residents are welcome to bring their own furniture and personalise their space, making it truly their own.
