At Hales Homecare Ipswich, we strive to offer personalised, bespoke domiciliary care, specifically tailored to the care requirements of our service users.

We have over 25 years of experience caring for some of the most vulnerable across Ipswich, which ensures that you or your loved one will receive only the most exceptional support from our professionally trained carers.

Our carers are fully trained, friendly, and committed to delivering the best service. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulates our every facet of our care services, and all our carers pass Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks to ensure your safety.

We offer a range of technology-led care services for people of all ages and requirements in Ipswich, including dementia care, domestic support, private care and companionship.

Our friendly carers will be there for you when you need them, from just a few hours a week to live-in support, and also offer respite and emergency services for when your normal caregiver needs a break or falls ill.
