About Us
Core Care Provider Services is a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults, children, and young people within the community. Providing safe, compassionate and effective care is who we are, not simply what we do!
We specialise in supporting individuals with complex needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge, with a strong focus on creating structure, routine, and consistency. Our approach is tailored to each individual, promoting independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive engagement both at home and in the community.
The service is led by experienced leadership with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and Children and Young People’s Services, alongside professional expertise in project management. This ensures a well-organised, structured, and outcome-focused approach to care delivery, with clear planning, coordination, and oversight across all packages of care.
We have significant experience in stabilising care packages where previous provision has not been reliable, rebuilding trust with families, and working collaboratively with local authorities, health professionals, and wider support networks to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
Our services include personal care, community access, escorted activities, medication support, and tailored care packages including 1:1 and 2:1 support. We also integrate the use of wheelchair accessible transport to enable safe and meaningful access to the community.
At Core Care Provider Services, we are committed to delivering care from the core of our heart — ensuring dignity, safety, and quality in everything we do.
