About Us

The Heathers is a home in the area of Kettering, which can accommodate 12 residents - it has a 'Good' rating from the CQC. Care can be provided for those with dementia, learning disabilities and mental health needs. The Heathers is 2 Victorian houses converted in to one service with additional extensions out the back of the service, the service is over 3 floors however the supported individuals bedrooms are only situated with 6 on the ground floor and 6 on the first floor with a stair lift to access at each side of the house for those who need that. The Heathers is currently supporting people with downs syndrome, learning disabilities and autism, we are also supporting those who need support as they get older and individuals with either a dementia or those with dual diagnosis of mental health and learning disability. The supported individuals range from the age of 51 to 75 years old. Individuals need support with personal care, medication, accessing the community, maintaining good health, maintaining relationships, communication,. key conditions such as porphyria, diabetes, and C.
