Personal care and daily living support, such as washing, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation.

Specialist dementia care delivered with dignity, patience, and understanding.

Companionship services to reduce isolation and promote wellbeing.

Medication support and health monitoring for reassurance and safety.

Respite care to give family carers valuable time to rest.

Care is flexible, ranging from half hourly visits to live-in support, always centred on respecting individual wishes and promoting independence. Cheshire Home Care Solutions also works closely with local GPs, district nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure a joined-up, holistic approach.

All carers are DBS-checked, fully trained, and qualified in areas such as dementia care, first aid, and manual handling. Alongside their expertise, they bring compassion and dedication, delivering care with warmth and respect.
