About Us
Four Ways provides long-term residential care and short term respite care for older people and people living with dementia.
Designed as three separate households, Four Ways has a ground floor home for 15 people, and middle and top floor homes (accessible by a lift) which house 16 people each. Each household has a living area with a lounge, dining area and kitchenette, where people can make their own snacks and drinks, or get a bit of help from staff if they'd like to make hot refreshments.
At the entrance to Four Ways, you'll find our cafe area with cakes and coffee available. Opening up into the conservatory, which leads to the garden, this is a central meeting point for residents and visitors. You'll find regular activities happening here, or in the household living areas or garden. As part of our activity provision WCS Care employs dedicated Community Musicians who deliver one-to-one or group music-based activities. Listening to music has the power to unlock memories, trigger emotions and connect people. Regular music can keep the ‘emotional memory’ topped up.
Our Memory Maker minibus provides regular, local trips for residents, including those who need to use a wheelchair. We also welcome relatives on our trips so families can make new memories together.
Four Ways also has a beauty salon offering unisex hairdressing and manicures, as well as a spa bath for a more pampering experience.
