Welcome to Reflections Community Support, your trusted provider of home care services in the Guiseley area of Leeds. Our dedicated team provides a wide range of support, including personal care, companionship, specialist support for dementia, learning disabilities, mental health, and complex physical health needs such as diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, catheter care, palliative and end of life care, as well as convalescence and rehabilitation. We also offer double-up care, medication assistance, and respite services for carers, helping to ensure peace of mind for families.
We understand that everyone is unique. That’s why we pride ourselves on respecting your preferences, values, religious needs, and dietary requirements – from vegan and gluten-free to Kosher or Halal. Our culturally responsive team includes both male and female carers, and offers support in English, Croatian, and Slovenian. We are also committed to providing LGBTQ+ inclusive care.
At Reflections Community Support, we believe staying at home shouldn’t mean missing out on life. We offer help with escorted trips, shopping, domestic tasks, pet care, and more – all from compassionate, trustworthy staff who are comfortable around your pets.
Care is available for self-funding clients, those accessing Local Authority funding (with or without top-up), or NHS Continuing Healthcare. Our hourly rates start from £26.
