The Manor House Roundhay is a purpose-built care home located on Park Avenue, Roundhay, Leeds, situated next to the historical and beautiful Roundhay Park. We can support up to 65 residents with residential and residential dementia needs. The Manor House Roundhay was the proud winner of the Knight Frank Luxury Care Home of the Year Award 2026.

The Manor House Roundhay also offers respite breaks, shorter stays and we're able to support couples. Our luxurious environment offers premium facilities, including a lovely balcony, activity areas, a private dining suite and a number of quiet spaces.
