About Us

Radfield Home Care Leicester East, Groby and Oadby provides high-quality, person-centred home care that enables individuals to live safely, independently, and happily in their own homes. We believe care is about more than completing tasks, it is about building meaningful relationships, maintaining dignity, and supporting emotional wellbeing.

Guided by the Radfield values, Everyone Counts, Everyone Is Different, Everyone Cares, and Everyone Is Proud, we place people at the heart of everything we do. Each individual receives tailored care that reflects their needs, preferences, routines, and life experiences. Care plans are flexible and evolve as needs change.

Our relationship-led approach ensures continuity and trust, allowing care professionals to truly understand what matters to each client. Support may include personal care, medication assistance, dementia care, companionship, meal preparation, community access, specialist care, and live-in care. We also recognise the importance of meaningful activity, encouraging clients to stay connected to hobbies and routines that bring joy, purpose, and confidence.

We understand that care does not stop at the front door. Our team supports individuals during hospital stays, respite, and transitions into care homes, offering reassurance, continuity, and emotional support, particularly where family may not be local.

Our dedicated care professionals are supported by a responsive and approachable office team, with ongoing training and encouragement to go above and beyond. This creates a positive, well-led culture focused on delivering safe, effective, caring, responsive, and high-quality care.

At Radfield Home Care Leicester East, Groby and Oadby, we are proud to support people not just to remain at home, but to live well.

Additional Information

Awards
  • We’re incredibly proud to have received our internal BeThere Awards, a celebration of the moments where our team has gone above and beyond to make a difference for the people we support. These awards recognise not just good practice, but genuine compassion, creativity, and human connection. One award was given for the heartfelt support offered to a client whose dog had recently passed away. Knowing how much their companion meant to them, our team helped arrange a beautiful memorial plaque for the garden, a lasting tribute that brought comfort, dignity, and a sense of peace during a deeply emotional time. Another award recognised the effort put into reconnecting two sets of friends who both used our services but had lost touch over the years. With thoughtful planning and gentle coordination, our team made it possible for them to meet again, a reunion filled with joy, familiarity, and the warmth of long-missed friendship. These moments remind us what care is truly about: being present, being thoughtful, and being willing to go that little bit further to make someone’s world brighter. Our team continues to embody the spirit of “being there,” and we couldn’t be prouder.
  • We are beyond proud to celebrate our Care Manager, who achieved not one but TWO incredible honours at the Inspired to Care Awards 2025. Her dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to high-quality, person-centred care were recognised in the most meaningful way. She was awarded Care Leader of the Year 2025, a testament to her exceptional ability to guide, support, and inspire her team. Her leadership is rooted in compassion, clarity, and a genuine belief in empowering others, qualities that shine through in every decision she makes and every person she supports. She also received the award for Outstanding Contribution to Adult Social Care, recognising the lasting impact she has made across the sector. From championing best practice to nurturing a culture of kindness and accountability, her influence reaches far beyond her role. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure individuals receive the dignity, respect, and personalised support they deserve. These awards reflect not just her professional excellence, but her heart. Her passion for care, her commitment to her team, and her drive to make a difference are felt every single day. We couldn’t be prouder to have her leading the way.
