Positive Impact Care Group – Head Office

Located on the 6th Floor of Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool, L2 3PF, our Head Office serves as the operational and strategic centre of Positive Impact Care Group. From this central Liverpool location, we coordinate high-quality, person-led care services across the Liverpool City Region and surrounding areas.

Our Head Office provides leadership, governance, quality assurance, recruitment, training, compliance, finance and operational support, ensuring every service we deliver is safe, effective and centred around the individual. It is also the main point of contact for commissioners, local authorities, healthcare professionals, families and people seeking support.

As a CQC-registered location, our Head Office is registered to provide regulated personal care through home care and supported living services. We support adults with a range of needs, including:

Physical disabilities
Sensory impairments

Adults aged 18 and over, including older adults
