About Us
Banquo Ltd is a CQC-registered provider delivering flexible, person-centred care to support safe and timely hospital discharge. We work in partnership with NHS teams, Local Authorities, and community services to provide responsive support for individuals who are medically fit for discharge but require ongoing care, stabilisation, or transitional support within the community.
We offer tailored care packages across a wide range of service user groups, including:
Mental health (including step-down and Section 117 aftercare)
Learning disabilities and autism
Children and young people (including complex and high-risk presentations)
Physical disabilities and complex health needs
Older adults, including frailty and dementia
Individuals with behaviours of concern requiring structured support
Our service is designed to reduce delayed discharges and support flow through acute and community settings by providing rapid mobilisation of experienced staff, flexible care arrangements, and risk-managed transitions.
Banquo Ltd specialises in:
Short-term stabilisation and step-down support following hospital admission
Bridging placements and transitional packages where long-term provision is being identified
Support for complex presentations, including dual diagnosis and behavioural needs
Community-based care delivery, including support in the individual’s own home or alternative accommodation where required
Multi-agency working, ensuring continuity between hospital and community services
All support is delivered in line with CQC regulatory standards and best practice frameworks, with a strong focus on safety, dignity, least restrictive care, and positive outcomes.
We work collaboratively with referrers to ensure that discharge pathways are safe, efficient, and sustainable, reducing risk of readmission and supporting longer-term placement stability.
