At Best Homes Support (BHS), we abide by the stringent recruitment, verification procedures required by law. we believe our clients (16 – 65years) deserve the best value for their investment. we also believe that our carer/companion has the right ethics, respect, skillset, and behaviours to make the life of a client more comfortable

As a BHS carer, you are expected to always maintain respect, dignity and confidentiality of client. It is expected that all staff exude empathy, kindness and consideration for all clients.

Having obtained all required details of your care experience and carefully checked and assessed your references, we will initiate the employment process and introduce you to your client. We conduct face to face interviews, telephone interviews and other required assessments to verify your experiences and skill sets.

We are unable to offer any vacancies unless all compliances have been adhered to.
