Gorretti Kasozi has completed all mandatory training required for care provision, ensuring full compliance with regulatory, safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance standards. Her professional practice is guided by current legislation, CQC requirements, and best practice principles, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding, dignity, safety, and high-quality care outcomes.
As Registered Care Manager, she is responsible for the effective leadership, governance, and continuous improvement of services at Xtra Care Services Ltd, ensuring that care is delivered safely, ethically, and in line with organisational values and regulatory expectations.
