Welcome to Green Lanes Projects—a privately owned care home located in the heart of Wood Green, London. We are proud to offer a warm, safe, and supportive environment, with a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and a strong commitment to providing high standards of care.
At Green Lanes Projects, we specialise in supporting adults with Autism, providing Challenging and Specialist Behaviour Support, and ensuring dignified care for those with incontinence. Our experienced and compassionate team deliver personalised care plans, enabling every resident to live life to the fullest.
Our purpose-built home features bright lounges, secure gardens, a conservatory, and comfortable dining facilities, all designed with the needs and wellbeing of our residents in mind. We promote independence and choice, with resident-led dining options and a variety of daily activities—from bingo to group outings. Family and friends are always welcome, and our minibus service ensures residents can easily attend appointments or enjoy day trips.
Every bedroom at Green Lanes Projects is en suite and our ground floor bedroom is also with wheelchair access. Residents are encouraged to personalise their space with their own furniture. Additional facilities include in-room wifi, hairdressing, TV point, and access to ground floor rooms or wet rooms.
We are pleased to support speakers of English, Greek, Lithuanian, Polish, and Vietnamese, ensuring clear communication and an inclusive atmosphere. Our funding options include Local Authority (with or without top-up) and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC).
