Our services include hourly visits from just £18, live-in and overnight care, and specialised support for various conditions. Our team has experience in complex and condition-led care such as dementia, stroke, cancer, Parkinson’s disease, brain injury, learning disability and autism, mental health, diabetes, catheter and stoma care, PEG feeding and palliative/end of life care. We also support people with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, challenging behaviour and substance misuse needs.
Alongside personal care, we provide companionship, support for outings, respite for family carers and post-operative support. Our care staff are highly skilled in assisting with domestic tasks, shopping, escorted visits within the community, medication support, and food preparation tailored to individual dietary requirements, including pureed, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, Kosher and Halal diets. We recognise the importance of cultural and faith-based support and are proud to be inclusive of LGBTQ+ service users. Male and female carers are available, and our staff are pet-friendly and able to support with pet care where needed.
We match compassionate, trained staff to each person’s needs, preferences, culture and routines, ensuring dignified, person-centred care.
All staff receive rigorous mandatory training in health and safety, infection control, adult and child safeguarding, learning disability and autism awareness, LGBTQ+, food hygiene, medication administration, dementia care and stroke care. This is not an exhaustive list. Our training ensures we meet the highest standards of safety, dignity and respect in every interaction. Therefore, families can trust our services.
We support clients from diverse backgrounds, with carers fluent in languages including English, Bengali, Gujarati, Hausa, Hindi, Igbo, Polish, Punjabi, Romanian, Turkish, and Urdu. Our staff are respectful of faith, values, and beliefs, and can be matched according to gender preference or cultural needs when requested.
