At Hammersmith, based in the heart of London, we are committed to delivering high-quality and personalised domiciliary care, enabling you or your loved one to live comfortably and safely in your own home. Rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our professional and compassionate team provides a wide range of care services designed to support both older adults and those aged 18-64 with a variety of health needs.

Our services include, but are not limited to: dementia care (including Alzheimer’s disease), support for challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and autism, nursing, personal care, palliative and end of life care, live-in and 24-hour support, as well as specialist care for those recovering from stroke, coping with cancer, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, or physical disabilities. We also offer tailored care for those with head or brain injuries, sensory impairments, catheter or PEG feeding requirements, and people experiencing mental health conditions, substance misuse, or eating disorders. Overnight and hourly care options are available, with prices starting from just £25 per hour.

We accept a range of funding options, including private (self-funding), Local Authority support (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC).
