About Us

People Who Care Ltd is a CQC-registered provider of supported living and domiciliary care services, supporting adults across West London since 2014. We deliver high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to live as independently as possible, whether within their own home or in one of our supported living services. We currently have vacancies within our CQC-regulated supported living services for adults aged 18–64 and welcome referrals from local authorities, NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards, case managers and other commissioning bodies.

We specialise in supporting adults aged 18–64 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, Down's syndrome and other complex support needs. Our experienced team works closely with individuals, families, local authorities, NHS professionals and advocates to ensure that every person receives support tailored to their individual needs, goals and aspirations.

We have extensive experience supporting individuals whose previous placements have broken down or who require carefully planned transitions into supported living. We work closely with commissioners, multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure that moves are carefully assessed, well planned and focused on achieving long-term placement stability and positive outcomes.

Our supported living services enable individuals to live within their own tenancy whilst receiving flexible, person-centred support that promotes independence, safety and wellbeing. Our domiciliary care services include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, shopping, domestic support, companionship, community access, escorted appointments, travel training, support with education and employment opportunities, positive behavioural support and assistance with developing independent living skills. We also support people to maintain relationships, access local services and participate in meaningful activities within their communities.

Promoting independence is at the heart of everything we do. We encourage individuals to make their own choices, develop life skills and achieve greater confidence while receiving the right level of support to remain safe and well. Our support plans are outcome-focused and regularly reviewed to ensure they continue to reflect each person's changing needs and aspirations.

We have extensive experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions, including those who may present with behaviours of concern, emotional regulation difficulties or increased vulnerability within the community. Our staff are trained to deliver compassionate, respectful and evidence-based support that promotes wellbeing, reduces risk and achieves positive outcomes.

All members of our team are carefully recruited, enhanced DBS checked, appropriately trained and receive ongoing supervision and professional development. We are committed to delivering safe, effective, responsive and well-led services that meet CQC standards and reflect best practice within adult social care.

All team members hold valid DBS checks in line with safer recruitment practices. Infection Prevention and Control training is completed and kept up to date across the workforce.
