About Us
Integrity Care and Support was established in 2010 by Grierson Ramsay with a clear vision: to promote greater equality within society and empower individuals to live life on their own terms. From the outset, the organisation has placed quality, dignity and integrity at the centre of everything it does.
We support our clients to feel in control of their lives. Our approach is rooted in the belief that care should not simply maintain dependency, but actively encourage confidence, capability and independence. Every service we provide is shaped around what truly matters to the individual — their goals, preferences and personal definition of a fulfilling life.
With many years of sector experience, we understand both the needs of people who access services and the expectations of commissioning authorities. This insight allows us to deliver care that is not only compassionate and person-centred, but also consistent, reliable and outcomes-focused.
While we operate as a private company and recognise the importance of sustainability, we reject the notion that profit should ever compromise quality. Instead, we see long-term success as a direct result of doing the right thing. By helping individuals build independence and reduce reliance on support where possible, we enable genuine progression. Our continued growth through referrals and recommendations reflects the trust placed in us by clients, families and partners alike.
At Integrity Care and Support, independence is not just encouraged — it is celebrated. Our aim is to provide the right level of support at the right time, empowering people to evolve, thrive and lead meaningful lives within their communities.
