About Us
Leigham Lodge is a small, well-established residential care home in Streatham, supporting up to six adults with learning disabilities and autism, including individuals with more complex needs. The home provides person-centred care in a calm, adapted environment, with a focus on safety, independence, and wellbeing.
The service is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission and operates in line with the principles of Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture. Individuals are encouraged to make their own choices, take part in activities they enjoy, and maintain strong connections with their community.
The staff team is consistent, well-trained, and works in partnership with families and professionals.
