Mountearl is a detached property comprising two buildings with a large, peaceful rear garden. The main house has seven bedrooms and offers intensive support, including waking night assistance, for individuals who need it to achieve their desired outcomes. The annex, situated beside the main house, includes a two-bedroom flat and a studio flat designed for those working towards greater independence, with high levels of support to help them reach their goals.
Individuals take part in various activities at home and in the community, aligned with their personal goals and preferences. Some choose to attend local college courses, while others prefer home-based activities such as drama therapy, aromatherapy, or one-on-one sessions with support staff to build confidence and coping skills, preparing them for future community engagement.
The support is guided by principles of choice, rights, and inclusion, helping people work towards and achieve their individual aims.
