Mushkil Aasaan - "Care for the Community by the Community."
Regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Mushkil Aasaan Limited has been a Specialist Domiciliary Care Provider since 1995. Rated ‘Good’, we deliver Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led services to children and adults within their own homes across Wandsworth and South London.
As a Specialist Provider, Mushkil Aasaan offers Person-Centred packages of care within a holistic model of support that transcends basic needs, reflecting detailed knowledge of the community’s faiths, values, customs, language and dietary requirements. Our framework is rooted in cultural awareness, faith sensitivity and linguistic understanding, placing us at the heart of the communities we serve. Our Approach to Care.
Every Service User receives a personalised Support Plan developed in partnership with them, their families, advocates and relevant Health and Social Care professionals. Our Care Plans:

Promote independence and self-determination
Reflect cultural, linguistic and religious needs
Include detailed risk assessments
Are reviewed regularly to respond to changing circumstances
We work collaboratively with Service Users and professionals to ensure care remains safe, proportionate and outcome-focused.
Core Domiciliary Care Services
We provide flexible home care tailored to short-term, long-term and complex needs:
Personal care: washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, continence support and daily living assistance delivered with dignity
Medication support: prompting and monitoring in line with safe practice
Mobility assistance: moving and handling, transfers, walking and use of aids
Meal preparation: culturally appropriate meals including Halal, vegetarian and other dietary needs
Companionship and social engagement to reduce isolation
Domestic support including shopping and light household tasks
Rehabilitation and reablement following hospital discharge
Respite care to support family carers
Overnight and waking night support, including double-up care where required
We support children and adults with a wide range of needs:
Physical disabilities and frailty
Sensory impairments with adapted communication support
Learning disabilities, promoting life skills, confidence and participation
Mental health conditions, including counselling, advocacy, therapeutic activities and peer support
Dementia and Alzheimer’s, maintaining routines, cultural identity and communication
Parkinson’s disease
Cancer, working in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support
NHS Commissioned and End of Life Care
Commissioned by the NHS, Mushkil Aasaan delivers End of Life Care across diverse communities, working in partnership with multidisciplinary professionals. We aim, where possible, to match Careworkers with Service Users of similar cultural heritage, language or faith. Our approach promotes dignity, reassurance, consent, spiritual comfort and close communication, enabling individuals to remain in familiar surroundings while supporting families emotionally and practically.

We accept private funding, Local Authority packages (with or without top-up), Direct Payments and NHS Continuing Healthcare, working with partners to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care.
