About Us
Noble Care and Support Ltd provides regulated domiciliary care and associated domestic support services to adults in their own homes and in the communities. Our service is designed to promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing, while enabling service users to remain safely within their community for as long as possible.
We deliver a comprehensive range of personal care services, including assistance with washing and bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting and continence care, support with eating and drinking, assistance with medication (where medication is supplied in original or blister packaging), and support with safe transfers, including getting in and out of bed.
In addition to personal care, we provide practical and domestic support to support independent living. This includes making and changing bed linen, emptying commodes, shopping, payment of household and utility bills, pension collection (with written authorisation where capacity cannot be determined), laundry and ironing, and meal preparation in accordance with dietary, cultural, and medical requirements.
All care is delivered following comprehensive needs and risk assessments, which consider the individual’s physical, emotional, social, and environmental needs, as well as the suitability of any equipment used in the home. Person-centred care plans are developed in partnership with service users, families, and professionals, and are regularly reviewed to ensure outcomes remain relevant and achievable.
The Registered Manager has overall responsibility for safeguarding service users from abuse and neglect and ensures compliance with statutory safeguarding requirements and local authority procedures. All staff undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks prior to employment and receive safeguarding training aligned with current legislation and best practice.
Noble Care and Support Ltd operates a robust training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme to ensure a skilled, competent, and confident workforce. Mandatory training includes safeguarding adults, infection prevention and control, food hygiene, moving and handling, fire safety, medication administration, management of service users’ finances, caring for people with autism, supporting people with learning disabilities, Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA), and managing distressed or challenging behaviour. Training is regularly refreshed and monitored.
We promote quality assurance and continuous improvement through regular supervision, spot checks, audits, and service user feedback. Service users and their representatives are encouraged to share feedback and raise concerns via our transparent Complaints Policy, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and learning is embedded into service delivery.
Noble Care and Support Ltd is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, operating a strict zero-tolerance approach to discrimination in line with the Equality Act 2010. Care is delivered in a manner that respects cultural, religious, and individual preferences.
