About Us

Real Homecare is a regulated domiciliary care agency and specialist healthcare training provider, delivering high-quality, person-centred care and workforce development across the health and social care sector. We provide care and support services for both children and adults, working in partnership with individuals, families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care in home and community settings.

We offer a comprehensive range of domiciliary care services, including door-to-door visiting care, live-in care, support services, companionship, and complex care packages. Our services are tailored to meet individual needs, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life while ensuring compliance with NHS and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.

In addition to care delivery, Real Homecare provides structured, evidence-based training to ensure staff are competent to support individuals with complex and specialist healthcare needs. Our training programmes include the management of patients with tracheostomies, spinal injuries, acute brain injuries, and advanced epilepsy, as well as ventilatory support (non-invasive and invasive), oxygen therapy, nebuliser administration, enteral feeding (PEG, NG), total parenteral nutrition (TPN), and stoma care.

We also deliver training in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities, alongside core clinical competencies such as bowel, catheter and pressure area care, continence management and equipment use, and accurate clinical observations.

Safeguarding is embedded across all Real Homecare services and training programmes, with dedicated safeguarding training for adults, children, and managerial staff to ensure organisations meet statutory safeguarding responsibilities and regulatory requirements.

All training and care delivery are aligned with current NHS guidance, evidence-based practice, and the CQC Fundamental Standards. Real Homecare is committed to supporting providers and commissioners in achieving high-quality care outcomes, workforce competence, strong governance, and regulatory compliance.
