About Us
SC Galaxy Care: Home Care and Support Across South East London
SC Galaxy Care provides high-quality home care and support for adults across South East London. We are rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission and are committed to delivering compassionate, reliable, and person-centred care.
We support people aged 18 and over, including older people, people living with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and complex health needs. Our care is tailored to each person’s individual needs, preferences, and routines.
We offer a wide range of services, including personal care, companionship, medication support, meal preparation, shopping, help with daily routines, escorted appointments, and social outings. We also provide respite care, overnight care, live-in care, and 24-hour support.
SC Galaxy Care can support people with more complex needs, including PEG feeding, catheter care, rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, convalescence, and palliative care. Our aim is to help people stay safe, well, and as independent as possible in their own homes.
We pride ourselves on providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care. We can accommodate preferences such as male or female care workers, double-up care, and pet-friendly support where appropriate. We welcome people from all backgrounds and are committed to treating everyone with dignity, respect, and kindness.
We accept privately funded clients as well as people funded through Local Authorities, NHS Continuing Healthcare, and top-up arrangements.
Families and professionals choose SC Galaxy Care because of our warm approach, dependable service, and commitment to high standards. We are dedicated to making a positive difference for people across South East London every day.
