We are a local, boutique home care provider, dedicated to helping people live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. We offer flexible support ranging from short one-hour visits for help with meals or everyday tasks, to extended visits and full live-in care - always tailored to each person’s individual needs and preferences.
Our carers are carefully selected, locally based, and highly trained, allowing us to provide truly personal, relationship-led support. From companionship and everyday assistance to more specialised care for conditions such as dementia and Parkinson’s, our team is committed to delivering thoughtful, respectful care that helps people maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Many of our clients are individuals who value a particularly high level of privacy and discretion, including well-known public figures. While we are proud to support people from all walks of life, we maintain strict confidentiality at all times, ensuring that every client’s privacy is fully respected and protected.
For added reassurance and transparency, we use the Birdie care management system, which allows families to securely view visit updates in real time. This means relatives can stay informed about how their loved one is doing, while we continue to provide care with professionalism, dignity, and complete discretion.
Because we are a local service rather than a large national chain, we take the time to know every client personally and ensure continuity of care with carers who become familiar and trusted faces.
