About Us
Welcome to Lound Hall. We are an experienced team of nurses and care staff, who are committed to enabling each resident to live their life as they choose whilst taking all reasonable steps to ensure their personal safety. We are committed to providing the highest standards of care and always maintaining the dignity of our residents. We adhere to organisational values, which ensure that we provide quality care with respect and compassion.
Lound Hall is a Grade II listed building set in 3 acres of countryside on the Norfolk/ Suffolk border. We are located just one mile off the A47 and only 4 miles from the James Paget University Hospital, conveniently placed for both outpatient appointments and any emergencies which may arise .We have accommodation for up to 37 residents, 30 of which contain en-suite facilities, giving additional privacy.
We understand that choosing the right nursing home is a very important decision, and therefore encourage prospective residents, family members and relevant others to visit us prior to making their final decision. It is important to us that residents feel comfortable in their new home.
We have a wonderful care team whom we value, and we recognise that a good team ensures quality of care delivery. We are extremely proud to share that we won the East of England, Great British Care Awards Care Team of 2020.
