Welcome to Age Concern Home Care - South Manchester, where compassionate, professional support allows you or your loved one to remain safe and comfortable in your own home. Located in the heart of Peel Hall Road, Wythenshawe, our dedicated team delivers tailored domiciliary care for adults of all ages, including specialist support for the elderly, those living with complex health conditions, or recovering from injury or surgery.

We understand that each individual has unique needs and preferences. Our comprehensive services include personal care, companionship, escorted outings, rehabilitation, medication assistance, domestic help, and overnight care. We also provide culturally sensitive support, catering for dietary requirements, faith, and beliefs. Our team offers double-up visits, LGBTQ+ support, and both male or female carers, ensuring every client feels respected and comfortable.

Our carers are experienced in supporting a wide range of conditions such as dementia, cancer, learning disabilities, physical frailty, sensory impairments, mental health, and palliative/end of life care. We are proud to be pet-friendly and can communicate in English, Chinese, Hindi, Persian, and Turkish.

Funding options include private, Local Authority (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). Hourly prices start from £25.00.
