About Us
Ashlands Residential Care Home is situated in the Village of Rainworth, Nottingham, approximately 3 miles North West of Mansfield. The home has good access to local facilities and Public transport.
The home, which is set in grounds of ¾ of an acre, is a recently extended two storey detached building, converted and adapted to provide care both for people with dementia and older people. There is ample parking at the front of the home and a large pleasantly landscaped garden area at the rear of the building for residents to use and enjoy, which is secure and well maintained.
Ashland’s has 28 bedrooms, 2 of which are double rooms that can be shared by Service Users who may wish companionship, or for couples. 2 assisted bath and shower rooms and 3 toilets are located on the ground floor with 2 assisted bath and shower rooms and 2 toilets located on the first floor; with the majority of rooms having the benefit of private, en-suite facilities. All rooms are fitted with TV and phone points and a new, wireless “Nurse-call” system. All rooms are centrally heated and fitted with their own thermostatic controls.
