Stainton Lodge Care Centre

Stainton Lodge is a purpose built care Centre located on Stainton Way in Hemlington within the town of Middlesbrough. Stainton Lodge Care Centre is located on the same site and in front of its well established sister service, Stainton Way Care Home. Our main objective at Stainton Lodge Care Centre is to provide first class quality and person centred care within a luxurious environment.

The categories of care provided at Stainton Lodge Care Centre are General Residential, Residential Dementia with a Respite service available for both categories of care. We also have a separately run specialist suite for adults with a mental impairment who are assessed as needing 24 hour care and support.

Stainton Lodge Care Centre is set over 2 floors with several well-furnished lounges and dining rooms, including places where Residents can pursue their hobbies or simply enjoy relaxing, a safe and secure outside landscaped courtyard, and plenty of parking space. The bedrooms are all large and well-equipped and they all come with full ensuite facilities including a personal shower with wet room.

We positively encourage Residents to bring their own furniture and possessions to give their rooms a homely feel. Visitors are welcome at any time.

We pride ourselves on being an established part of the local community and have strong relationships with many Churches and Social Groups.

Our Chef’s prepare fresh healthy hearty home cooked meals which meet all nutritional, dietary and cultural requirements, our dining menu has a varied choice for you to choose from each day. Activities Coordinators like to encourage you to do the things that you have always enjoyed doing or perhaps try something new.

Our highly trained staff, many of whom are local to Stainton Lodge Care Centre always work with commitment, enthusiasm and passion to ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered at all times with dignity and professionalism. Staff will ensure that they get to know you and your family and that you have your voices, wishes and aspirations listened to at all times.

Our categories of care at Stainton Lodge Care Centre are: -

General Residential Care – for people assessed as needing 24 hour care or for people who may choose 24 hour care as a lifestyle choice (including Respite Care)

Dementia Care – for people with a diagnosis of Dementia which is quite progressed (including Respite Care). For people in the early stages of Dementia (early on-set dementia) see our sister service Stainton Way Care Home.
