About Us

We are a home care agency, covering Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas such as Bedford and Central Bedfordshire. We offer provision of adult social care services in the community. We are able to support adults under 65 years old and 65 plus, including palliative end of care,  either at home or in the community.
 
My team are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised care to individuals in need of support, and we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients.  Needs Matter Care champions individuality and identity and we display commitment to equality diversity and inclusion.
 
The Registered manager and her deputy are qualified social workers, with extensive experience of working with vulnerable children and vulnerable adults. We understand the significance of the organisation’s values and of the importance of fostering an environment not only of inclusiveness but promoting respect and dignity. The organisation is sensitive to peoples cultural identity and heritage and responsive to peoples believes that might determine their heritage.
 
As a CQC certified organisation, we assure you of our company's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care. Our staff members are fully trained, experienced, and possess up-to-date DBS checks to ensure the safety and welfare of our clients at all times.
