About Us
Founded in 2018, Neptune Home Care was born from a desire to create a more personal and reliable care experience. Our leadership team brought together two decades of combined experience in the sector, having seen the need for a service that was deeply rooted in the local community.
We wanted to be different from large, impersonal agencies. Our focus has always been exclusively on Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas of Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. This allows us to build real relationships, provide consistent care from familiar faces, and truly understand the needs of the people we serve. We are not just a service; we are your neighbours.
