About Us
Nicole Healthcare Services Limited is a CQC-registered home care provider offering personalised domiciliary care, complex care and support to individuals and families across Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
We support children, adults and older people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. Our services include personal care, dementia care, companionship, respite care, live-in care, waking nights, palliative and end-of-life support, and assistance following hospital discharge.
We also support individuals with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health needs and long-term health conditions. Where appropriate, we can arrange complex care support, including medication assistance, catheter and stoma care, PEG feeding and other delegated healthcare tasks, subject to individual assessment, staff competency and clinical oversight.

We specialise in longer care visits and personalised packages, including extended daytime support, overnight care and live-in arrangements. Whether you need temporary assistance or ongoing support, we work with you and your family to develop a care plan that reflects your needs, preferences and daily routines.
We welcome enquiries from privately funded individuals and families, as well as professionals seeking suitable care arrangements, including NHS Continuing Healthcare, local authority-funded and case-managed packages.
