Welcome to VidaCare Head Office, your trusted partner providing exceptional home care services in the New Milton area. At VidaCare, we provide a wide range of specialist domiciliary care including 24-hour and live-in support, personal care, companionship, dementia care (including Alzheimer’s disease), palliative and end of life care, learning disability and autism support, cancer care, support with mental health conditions, and care for physical or sensory impairments. Our experienced team is trained to assist adults of all ages, from 18 upwards, and we pride ourselves in offering dignified and respectful care.

Our flexible services cover everything from medication assistance, food preparation and domestic help, to escorted trips in the community, shopping, and pet-care. We understand the importance of cultural values, so can offer matched carers to respect faith, beliefs, or dietary requirements. Our multi-lingual carers provide support in English, Filipino, and Finnish, and we have both male and female carers available to ensure your comfort.

We accept private clients, local authority and NHS Continuing Healthcare funding. Hourly rates start from just £30. Our compassionate team is here to deliver reassurance and peace of mind to both clients and families – whether you need regular support or respite for a loved one’s carer.

About The Team

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery. Services are delivered by staff who can communicate effectively in Filipino, and Finnish. Please get in touch for further information about the team.
