I, owner David Baxter, am personally involved in the day-to-day running of the business, offering Clients 24/7 access via my personal mobile. This direct and personal approach ensures that Clients always feel supported and valued. We work collaboratively with Clients and their families to offer tailored support, helping individuals maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.
Our reputation has been built on a foundation of trust, commitment, and outstanding care. We believe that quality care starts with an open and inclusive relationship with our CareGivers, many of whom have been part of our team for years. With 75% of our CareGivers having long-standing experience with us, we are proud to offer a stable, highly trained, and compassionate team ready to meet the unique needs of each Client.
