About Us

We are a domiciliary company based in Newport Shropshire and cover Newport and surrounding areas.

We are a smaller company; Sue is the registered manager with over 20 years’ experience and Chloe is our care co-ordinator with 8 years’ experience.

We have a smaller number of carers with different availability so you will get used to the faces coming into the home, making your care more person centred. All carers have weeks of shadowing shifts, are regularly spot checked and signed off with medication competencies, annual training in house and online, DBS checked prior to starting employment all with 2 references. We have a good rating with CQC and also have a 24/7 oncall system managed by Sue and Chloe.

As a company, we have a lot of care experience which includes; Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s, Brain Injury, strokes, hoisting, stand aid’s, incontinence, assist with food and fluids, wheelchair users, frailty, dysphagia and much more.

Prior to starting care Chloe or Sue shall come out to the property to complete a care plan. The care plan includes information about the client, and power of attorney’s, respect forms, what carers would do on the call, fire risk assessments, allergies, consent forms, medical conditions and history. An appointment would be made prior to coming.
