About Us

Cherubim Care Services (CCS) is dedicated to supporting its Service users in the community whilst promoting independence. Our goal is to provide a person-centred service that achieves the planned outcomes for services users within a safe and friendly environment through the efforts of esteemed competent staff, support of families and external stakeholders. We aim to ensure that we are consistent in the care that is provided to our Service users, ensuring that we promote their privacy and dignity.

We will strive to promote a culture through our values that places the Service Users at the centre of the service. The achievement of a positive culture will depend upon staff who share the values of our service. To achieve staff commitment to our values, the manager will:

- Promote and encourage a united feeling of identity where staff feel valued and are treated with trust, integrity and respect.

- Obtain a commitment from all staff to work together for the benefit of Service Users and their families.

- Staff will encourage Service Users to retain their independence.
