About Us

Chiswick House is an outstanding-rated care home on the outskirts of Norwich city centre. We provide short-term, respite care and longer term care and support at the home.

One of four Black Swan residential care homes in Norwich, Chiswick House has 32 rooms. The home has a grand entrance hall, welcoming dining room and friendly communal areas. The home's well-presented gardens and outdoor areas are surrounded by trees.

We are very proud to have been rated as an ‘Outstanding’ care home by the Care Quality Commission in their most recent inspection, making it one of the top 4.5% rated care homes in the country and one of just 11 homes in Norfolk to achieve this rating.
