About Us
Taverham Grove Care Home is located in Taverham to the west of Norwich in Norfolk. The home provides short-term, respite care and longer term support for older people, including people living with dementia.
The single-storey home has two inviting living rooms, a large dining room and adapted bathrooms. Outside is a sunny, courtyard garden and an large wooded garden area. The home has 30 bedrooms – all with en-suite facilities.
The home has undergone a full renovation and offers bright, inviting and comfortable environments for the residents. Residents can personalise and decorate their bedrooms to suit their personal tastes and hobbies.
Activities Co-ordinators at the home provide a wide range of exciting, fun activities for residents to enjoy – based on their preferences. The home also works with the Taverham, Drayton and Hellesdon communities supporting residents to continue to visit the local shops and cafes.
The home is in the heart of the village of Taverham, close to shops, schools and residents regularly spend time visiting a number of local amenities including shops, cafes and restaurants. The villages of Hellesdon and Drayton are close by. Residents enjoy exploring the local area and are supported to continue to enjoy being part of the local community.
