About Us

Wells Road in Nottingham is a residential facility dedicated to providing long-term accommodation and tailored support for individuals with learning disabilities.

Our 24-hour support team is committed to meeting the unique needs of each resident. This includes personalised one-to-one assistance, as well as group sessions for socialisation and skill development. Every resident is assigned a dedicated keyworker who collaborates with them to create personalised support plans and risk assessments.

We prioritise empowering our residents to take ownership of their well-being. We encourage them to actively participate in the decision-making process and value their input in the running of the home. We foster an environment of respect for choices and privacy, promoting equality and diversity.

Our care home offers six fully furnished bedrooms, providing residents with their own private space. The shared living areas include a lounge, dining area, and bathrooms. Residents can also enjoy the spacious gardens located at the front and rear of the property.

Wells Road is situated in a convenient location, with easy access to local shops and frequent bus services into the city centre. This allows residents to engage in community activities and access essential services.

We are committed to maintaining high standards of care and are regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our current rating of 'Requires improvement' reflects our ongoing efforts to enhance our services and provide the best possible support for our residents.
