About Us
**Welcome to Solo Support Services Ltd**
Solo Support Services Ltd provides a trusted and compassionate alternative to traditional domiciliary care, dedicated to helping you or your loved one live comfortably and independently at home. Proudly rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we offer personalised care solutions starting from just £15.00 per hour.
Our highly skilled team delivers a wide range of services, from routine support such as personal care and medication assistance, to specialist care for conditions such as physical disability, mental health, Autism and learning disabilities. We also have expertise in complex health conditions and palliative care, ensuring peace of mind and continuity of care.
Our flexible care options include hourly, overnight, and 24-hour support, as well as live-in companionship and cultural support. We cater to all age groups from adults 18-64 to older people, and are able to meet diverse needs—whether that is dietary advice, escorted trips, pet-friendly services, rehabilitation after hospital stays, or double-up care with two carers per visit. LGBTQ+ clients and those speaking English or Polish are warmly welcomed.
We accept self-funding clients, local authority funding (including top-ups), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). We do not hold a bank of staff and all recruitment is specific to the individual client, you can therefore choose either male or female carers for your comfort. All employees complete mandatory training for health and social care as well as client specific training to ensure you receive care tailored to meet your individual needs.
A member of our Development team will create a bespoke budget and associated training matrix for approval by yourself or the relevant funding body, after which the packager of care will be set up including on boarding of existing employees or recruitment, as well provision of care plans, risk assessments, payroll set up and provision of an electronic tablet for reporting of daily notes, medication administration and safeguarding concerns. Rotas and shift times are determined in line with your preferences to enable you to live your life.
Discover dependable, respectful, and professional home care with Solo Support Services Ltd—where your wellbeing and dignity always come first and we promote your choice and control. Contact us today to arrange a free consultation and find out how we can support you or your loved one to thrive at home.
