About Us

The Service Tree is an established provider of high quality home care and companionship services. Based in West Bridgford, we support clients at home in Nottingham and Rushcliffe. We assist our service-users with daily living, taking care of the tasks they may struggle with through ill-health, disability, frailty or lifestyle change.

As well as offering a full range of home care, companionship and domestic assistance services, we also offer social day care for older adults and those with dementia.

Whether you are looking for a little help with medication management and meals, supported social opportunities or regular assistance with daily personal care, our friendly, high-performing team of Personal Assistants can help to make your life easier.
